以区域卫生信息平台为载体,在实际应用中探索如何利用微信平台开展信息惠民服务。利用云计算、大数据、物联网、移动通信等技术,在静安区现有的信息化优势基础上,将医疗服务线上线下资源进行有效整合,建设"健康静安"微信公众号。"健康静安"微信公众号为居民提供咨询、预约、查询、支付等线上健康服务,改善居民就医体验。"互联网+区域卫生"在微信端的应用,响应了国家社区卫生服务综合改革号召,促进卫生事业全面、协调、可持续发展,将惠民、便民落到实处。

Using the regional health information platform as a carrier,the paper explores how to use the WeChat platform to carry out the information service for regional people.Based on the existing information technology advantages in Jing'an District, cloud computing,big data,Internet of things,mobile communication and other technologies are adopted to effectively integrate the online and offline resources of medical services,and establish a“Health Jing’an”WeChat official account.The We- Chat official account provides online health services such as counseling,booking,inquiries and payment.The application of" Regional Internet+ Health" at WeChat has responded to the call of the national community health service comprehensive reform and promoted the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of health undertaking,to push benefit and convenience for people into reality.
