Inner-party Political Culture Construction from the Perspective of Party Nature Education since the Reform and Opening up

改革开放四十年来,中国深度融入全球化进程中的开放格局,日益走近世界舞台中央,为促进党内政治文化建设与党性教育的良性互促,提供了通过扩大交往,博采众长的外在机遇,同时又为党内生活的自律性、他律性及引领社会功能起到了内部稳定作用。党性教育与党内政治文化建设不是一个相互分离的孤立举措,而是密切相联的互促过程。通过党组织有计划、有针对性地开展党性教育,规约了党员自身行为,提升了党性修养并为党内政治文化建设提供了助益。

Our country promotes the benign mutual promotion of political and cultural construction and party education in the Party.It provides the external opportunity to expand the practice of communication and gain the advantages of the party.It has played a stable role in the self-discipline,heteronomy and social function of the inner party life.Party nature education and inner party political culture construction are not separate measures,but a closely linked process.Through Party organizations,we should carry out party nature education in a planned and targeted manner,stipulate party members’ own behavior,enhance party nature cultivation and help form inner party political culture,in the process of integration into globalization.
