摘要
为了研究后处理工艺与工作环境对面曝光增材制造零件性能的影响,按照国家标准设计了测试件,通过对采用不同后处理方式的制件进行拉伸和弯曲实验,研究了不同后处理方式以及所取工艺参数对制件性能的影响。结果表明,热处理对制件的拉伸和弯曲性能有很大的提升,在60℃的温度,3 h后拉伸强度由56. 9 MPa提升到了62. 7MPa,强度提升了10. 19%,弯曲强度由77. 6 MPa提升到了93. 1 MPa,强度提升了19. 97%;后固化对制件拉伸性能没有明显影响,后固化20 min时,弯曲强度由77. 6 MPa提升到了95. 7 MPa,强度提升了23. 32%;在水下工作环境中,随着时间的增长,弯曲性能基本不变,拉伸性能逐渐降低,泡水24 h后,拉伸强度从56. 9 MPa降低到47. 9MPa,降幅达到15. 82%。
In order to study the influence of the post-processing technology and the working .environment on the performance of the mask projection stereo-lithography additive manufacturing parts,the test pieces were designed according to the national standards.The effects of different post-processing methods and process parameters on the properties of the parts were studied by tensile and bending experiments.The results show that the heat treatment has a significant improvement on the tensile and bending properties of the work piece. After heat treatment at 60℃ for 3 hours,the tensile strength could increase from 56.9MPa to 62.7MPa, which increases 10.19%,and the bending strength could increase from 77.6MPa to 93.1 MPa,which increases 19.97%.Post-cure has no obvious effect on the tensile properties of the work piece.After 20 rain curing,the bending strength raises from 77.6MPa to 95.7MPa,and the strength increases 23.32%.In the underwater working environment,as the watering time is increasing,the bending resistance is basically unchanged,and the tensile strength is gradually reducing.After 24hours of soaking,the tensile strength reduces from 56.9MPa to 47.9MPa,and deereasing amplitude is 15.82%.
