摘要 薄壁塑料件结构轻薄,符合当前工业制品轻量化的理念,但是薄壁塑料件通常结构复杂,相应注塑模具的设计加工过程也较为复杂,采用数控加工技术可降低加工过程难度;简要介绍了计算机辅助编程的数控加工技术的优势,以及在薄壁塑料件注塑模具设计和加工中的应用。 Thin-walled plastic parts were thin and light in structure,which conformed to the current concept of lightweight industrial products.However,thin-walled plastic parts were usually complex in structure,and the design and processing of injection moulds were also complicated.The application of numerical control processing technology could reduce the difficulty of the process.This paper briefly introduced the advantages of computer-aided programming CNC machining technology and its application in the design and processing of injection moulds for thin-walled plastic parts.
