摘要 测试添加不同抗氧剂丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂样品在长周期高温环境下性能变化。结果表明,经过8个周期热氧老化过程,添加抗氧剂3052的ABS试样羰基指数由2. 50降低到0. 68,色差由9. 00降到7. 60,并结合热重初始阶段质量损失温度分析数据,说明抗氧剂3052在提高树脂耐热氧老化能力,降低材料老化引发的颜色变化方面表现优异。添加了抗氧剂618的ABS试样在经过8个老化循环后冲击强度由19. 58 k J/m^2升高到21. 88 k J/m^2;而添加抗氧剂3114的试样拉伸强度从46. 4 MPa提高到了49. 9 MPa,熔体质量流动速率由20. 08 g/10min提高到22. 96 g/10min。 The performance of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS)resin with the addition of different antioxidants under long-term and high-temperature environment was tested.The results show that after 8 cycles of thermo-oxidative ageing process,the carbonyl index of sample with Antioxidant 3052could reduce from 2.50 to 0.68,the color difference could reduce from 9.00 to 7.60.Combining with the TGA data analysis of initial mass loss temperature,which indicates that Antioxidant 3052could improve the thermooxidative ageing ability and reduce the color change which is caused by material ageing.The impact strength of the ABS sample with Antioxidant 618could increase from 19.58kJ/m^2 to 21.88kJ/m^2 after 8 ageing cycles.In addition,the tensile strength of the sample added Antioxidant 3114 could increase from 46.4MPa to 49.9MPa,and the melt index could increase from 20.08g/10min to 22.96g/10min.
