摘要
主要考察了不同相容剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料改性效果的影响。利用双螺杆挤出机对PLA和PC进行共混。对所制得的PC/PLA复合材料进行力学性能表征和热学性能表征,确定两者最佳共混比;然后通过加入两种不同种类和比例的相容剂[丙烯酸甲酯含量为8%~40%的乙烯共聚物(EMA)、乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯(EBA)]对PC/PLA复合材料进行配方优化,并对优化配合方后制得的PC/PLA复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,加入相容剂后,PLA和PC的相容性有所提高,并极大改善了PLA复合材料的韧性;加入EBA/EMA复合相容剂对复合材料的韧性提高效果更为显著,并且当EBA/EMA的质量份数比为5/5时,其对PLA复合材料的改性效果最佳。
The effect of different compatibilizers on the modification of polylactic acid/polycarbonate composites was investigated.PLA/PC composites were prepared by blending PLA and polycarbonate (PC) with twin screw extruder.The mechanical properties and thermal properties of the PC/PLA composites were characterized,and the optimum blending ratio was determined.And then the formulation of the PC/PLA composites was optimized by adding two different kinds of compatibilizers (EBA and EMA).The PC/PLA composites prepared by optimized coordination were characterized.The results show that the phase compatibility of PLA and PC has been improved and the toughness of PLA composites is greatly improved by the addition of compatibilizers.The addition of EBA and EMA could improve the toughness of the composites obviously,when the ratio of EBA and EMA is 1:1,the modification effect is the best.
