甘肃省女性性功能障碍患病现况调查及分析

Study and Analysis of the Prevalence of Female Sexual Dysfunction in Gansu Province

目的:了解甘肃省女性性功能障碍(FSD)的流行现况,分析该地区FSD的患病情况。方法:于2014年2月至2015年10月对甘肃省6个市25个社区/村镇的5870例女性进行一般人口学资料调查,并且采用汉化版女性性功能指标量表(CV-FSFI)评估其性功能状况。结果:共计4744例女性纳入研究,FSFI总评分为24.40±0.06分(7.2～36.0分)。甘肃省FSD的发病率为52.72%,存在性欲障碍、性唤起障碍、阴道润滑障碍、性高潮障碍者分别占调查人群总数的43.23%、33.24%、20.69%、29.74%,性生活满意度低者占47.85%,存在性交痛问题者占34.27%。不同文化程度、职业性质、经济收入、BMI分类及年龄间FSD的发病率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,≥50岁FSD发病率最高(84.80%),小学及以下文化程度FSD发病率最高(68.06%);体力劳动者FSD发病率(54.85%)高于脑力劳动者(48.27%);家庭人均月收入≤2000元的FSD发病率较高(54.91%),肥胖女性发病率最高(72.88%)。结论:甘肃省FSD发病率处于国内报道的中等偏上水平,性满意度低下和性欲障碍是其最常见的FSD的问题。应加强对高龄、文化程度较低、超重和肥胖及经济收入较低女性性知识的宣传和普及,提高对FSD的认识和重视。

Objective: To evaluate the prevalence and the potential risk factors of female sexual dysfunction( FSD) in Gansu Province.Methods: 5870 women from 25 communities/villages in 6 cities of Gansu Province were enrolled in this study from February 2014 to October 2015.The CV-FSFI was used to investigate the condition of sexual function of the women.Results: A total of 4744 women were involved in the study.The total mean FSFI score was 24.40±0.06(7.2 ~36.0).The prevalence of FSD was 52.72%.The rate of sexual desire disorder,arousal disorder,lubrication disorder,orgasmic disorder,satisfaction disorder and dyspareunia was 43.23%,33.24%,20.69%,29.74%,47.85% and 34.27%,respectively.There was significant difference between women with different education condition,profession,income,BMI index and age(P<0.05).The highest rate( 84.80%) of FSD was reported in women ≥50 years old.The rate of FSD(68.06%) was highest in women with education background of elementary school or belowwas highest when education was concerned.Physical workers showeda higher prevalence(54.85%) than mental workers(48.27%).The participants with economic income under 2000 showeda higher prevalence(54.91%).The women with high BMI index showed the highest rate of FSD(72.88%).Conclusions: The prevalence of FSD was above average level of domestic reports.Sexual desire disorder and dysaphrodisia were the most common problems.The promotion and popularization of sexual knowledge should be strengthened to enhance the understanding of FSD among women with advanced age,lower education,lower economic income and obesity.
