摘要
文章在对MRIO模型构建及碳核算方法进行描述的基础上,选取了2016年京津冀地区隐含碳的投入产出表,对该地区碳足迹、隐含碳现状进行分析,以此确认各地区的碳排放责任分配,进一步实现京津冀地区的跨区域合作和一体化治理。
Based on the description of MRIO model construction and carbon accounting method, this paper selects the input-output table of embodied carbon of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in 2016 to analyze the carbon footprint and the current situation of embodied carbon emission in these regions in order to confirm the allocation of regional carbon emissions responsibility for each region, and further realize the cross-regional cooperation and integrated governance in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
