科技人才政策与创新绩效关系的实证研究——一个被中介的调节模型 被引量:31

摘要 在对苏南五市236名科技工作者进行问卷调查的基础上,采用层级回归分析方法,构建并检验了科技人才政策对创新绩效影响的模型,重点探讨了工作投入和政策获得感在两者间的中介和调节作用。结果显示:科技人才政策对创新绩效具有显著的正向影响;政策获得感正向调节科技人才政策对工作投入的影响;科技人才政策对创新绩效的主效应以及政策获得感的调节效应都受到工作投入的完全中介作用。 Based on the questionnaire survey of 236 science &technology talents from five cities in South Jiangsu in China,the model of the impact of science &technology talent policy on innovation performance is constructed and tested,as well as the mediation and moderation role of work engagement and sense of policy gain in the above relationship by the method of hierarchical regression analysis.The results show as follows:science &technology talent policy has a significantly positive effect on innovation performance;sense of policy gain has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between science &technology talent policy and work engagement;main effect of science &technology talent policy on innovation performance as well as the moderating effect of sense of policy gain are totally mediated by work engagement.
