摘要
在梳理浙江大学大学生创造力培养机制和现有成果的基础上,利用威廉斯创造力测量表设计实验,探讨了境外留学经历与大学生创造力的关系。结果表明:出境交流经历能够显著地促进大学生创造力的培养;在短期交流中,大学生的交流态度和海外校园环境对大学生创造力的影响最为显著。最后,对促进对外交流学生创造力培养提出了相应的建议。
On the basis of combining the creativity cultivation mechanism and the existing achievements of Zhejiang University,this paper analyzes the relationship between overseas study experience and creativity promotion through Williams Creativity Assessment Packet.The result show as follows:university students with overseas study experience have higher score in the creativity assessment;for short-term exchange students,there is a strong positive correlation between creativity and the attitudes towards the exchange and campus environment.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for the evaluation and the improvement of the overseas performance.
