摘要
从目前资源型城市产业发展进程来看,资源型城市产业升级对高等教育的需求在增加。发挥区域高等教育对资源型城市产业升级的促进作用,探索高校与企业合作模式:高校主动介入企业、企业邀请高校参与、政府作为中介以及高校资源与市场资本供需对接等,对促进资源型城市产业升级的意义重大。
From the current industrial development process of resource-based cities,the demand for higher education in the industrial upgrade of resource-based cities is increasing.In order to give full play the role of regional higher education in promoting the industrial upgrading of resource-based cities and explore cooperation between universities and enterprises,it is necessary for colleges and universities to participate in enterprises actively.Enterprises should invite universities to participate,the government should act as an intermediary,and the resources of university and the supply and demand of market capital should be connected.
