供给侧改革视角下地方高校专业结构调整探析

Analysis on the Adjustment of the Discipline Structure of Local Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

高校专业结构优化调整是高等教育供给侧结构性改革的重要内容。当前,地方高校面临着专业设置与社会人才需求衔接不紧密、专业建设质量有待提高、专业设置特色不明以及同质化现象严重等问题。在供给侧改革视角下,地方高校专业结构调整要始终坚持以需求为导向、以质量为取向、以特色为牵引,以此来提高专业结构与社会需求的契合度,培育出符合社会发展需求的高质量专业人才,从而进一步提升地方高校的核心竞争力,实现地方高校的内涵式发展。

The optimization and adjustment of universities' discipline structure is an important part of the supply-side structural reform of higher education.At present,local colleges and universities are faced with such problems as the lack of close connection between professional setting and the needs of social talents,the need to improve the quality of professional construction,the unclear features of discipline setting,and serious homogenization.From the perspective of supply-side reform,the adjustment of discipline structure of local colleges and universities will always adhere to the demand-oriented,quality-orientated and characteristic-guided development,in order to improve the conjunction between discipline structure and social demand, and cultivate high-quality professional talents who meet the needs of social development.This further enhances the core competitiveness of the local colleges and universities,and realizes their connotative development.
