含铜3.6%抗菌奥氏体不锈钢的热变形行为研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用热压缩试验研究了含铜3.6%抗菌奥氏体不锈钢的热变形行为,分析了真应变0.69,温度900-1150℃,应变速率0.01-20s^-1时钢的真应力-应变曲线。通过动力学计算了热变形激活能。依据动态材料模型构建了热加工图,并利用显微镜观察了不同变形下的微观组织。结果表明,计算的热变形激活能Q为376.017kJ/mol。不同应变下失稳区在热加工图的位置不断变化。在低温、低应变速率区和中温高应变速率下,组织易出现局部流动失稳现象。峰值耗散因子在(1075-1150)℃/0.01s^-1区域内,组织发生动态再结晶,为较优的热加工范围。 The hot deformation behavior of Cu-containing 3.6% antimicrobial austenitic stainless steel was investigated by thermal compression test.The true stress-strain curves of the steel were analyzed when the true strain was 0.69,the temperature was 900-1150℃,and the strain rate was 0.01-20s^-1.The activation energy of thermal deformation was calculated by dynamics.According to the dynamic material model,the hot working map was constructed,and the microstructure under different deformation conditions was observed by microscope.The result shows that the calculated thermal deformation activation energy Q is 376.017kJ/mol.The position of the instability zone in the hot processing map is constantly changing under different strain.At low temperature /low stain rate zone and medium temperature/high strain rate,the local flow instability is easy to occur in microstructure.When the peak dissipation factor is in the region of (1075-1150)℃/0.01s^-1,the dynamic recrystallization occurs in the microstructure,which is the best hot processing range.
