出水支管铸件的熔模铸造工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高出水支管熔模铸造的铸件质量,利用ProCAST软件进行了浇注系统设计及优化。模拟了浇注温度、浇注时间和型壳预热温度对铸件凝固过程的影响。经过多次模拟,得到了最佳工艺参数,即浇注温度1350℃、浇注时间6s、型壳预热温度500℃。使用优化工艺参数得到的铸件避免了缩松缩孔等缺陷。 In order to improve the casting quality of the investment casting of the water outlet branch pipe, the design and optimization of the gating system were carried out by using ProCAST software. The effects of pouring temperature, pouring time and shell preheating temperature on the solidification process of the castings were simulated. The optimum technological parameters were obtained through many simulations, that is pouring temperature of 1350℃, pouring time of 6s, shell preheating temperature of 500℃. The castings obtained by the optimal the process parameters avoid the defects such as shrinkage porosity and shrinkage cavity.
