摘要
对一种镁锂合金筒体件进行了等温挤压工艺的分析与模具设计,比较了原工艺和等温挤压两种工艺的特点和经济性。该工艺的实施降低了原材料成本,提高了原材料的利用率;提高了产品的力学性能,产品质量稳定,成品率大幅提高。该工艺便于生产实际操作,经济效益良好。
The isothermal extrusion process of a magnesium-lithium alloy cylinder was analyzed,and the die was designed.The characteristics and economy of the two processes (original process and isothermal extrusion)were compared. Through the implementation of this process,the cost of raw material is reduced and the utilization rate of raw material is improved,the mechanical properties of the product are improved,the quality of the product is stable,and the yield of the finished product is greatly increased.This process is convenient for practical operation and has good economic benefit.
