摘要 针对大型5A06铝合金焊接构件焊缝数量多,焊接变形量大,焊接变形复杂的特点,开展结构工艺性分析,并采用Simufact Welding进行数值模拟分析,预测工件的变形方向和变形量。通过采用反变形法、设计合理的焊接装配顺序、优选焊接参数等措施,解决了构件焊接变形大,精度难以控制的难题。 Aiming at large-scale 5A06 aluminum alloy welded components which had a large number of welds, large welding deformation and complex welding deformation, the structural technological analysis was carried out. Numerical simulation analysis was carried out using Simufact Welding, and the deformation direction and deformation amount of workpiece were predicted. By adopting the reverse deformation method, designing reasonable welding assembly sequence,optimizing welding parameters and so on, the difficult problems of large welding deformation and difficult precision control of the components were solved.
