转炉横孔氧枪洗刷炉渣的应用实践

摘要 结合炉衬砌筑图纸和现场炉壁测厚仪测量的实时炉衬厚度,对横孔氧枪的参数进行设计,制造出一套专门洗刷炉渣淤积的横孔氧枪设备。利用氧气点火原理,通过改变对氧气射流方向,使得氧气射流从侧面方向冲击出去,对淤积部位的炉渣进行快速精准地洗刷。实践证明,该方法既节约了非生产时间,又使转炉炉型得到了合理维护。 One set of cross bore oxygen lance dedicated for removing the build-up slag was manufactured by setting the parameters of cross bore oxygen lance based on the converter lining drawings and real time lining thickness measured by the lining measuring gauge. Based on the principle of oxygen ignition,the oxygen flow is injected along the side direction by altering its direction,thus the build-up slag was removed accurately and rapidly. This practice has proven that it not only shortens downtime but also maintains the converter profile well.
