摘要
分析150吨顶底复吹转炉冶炼低碳低磷钢时的炉渣成分,对冶炼超低[C]、低[P]钢种的氧化性炉渣进行溅渣护炉技术的研究和改进。为优化转炉生产节奏,冶炼其它的超低[C]、低[P]钢种,以及铁水[P]含量升高等带来的高氧化性炉渣进行溅渣操作作技术上的储备。
This paper introduces the analysis on the slag composition of low-carbon and low-phosphrous steel produced by 150 tons top-bottom combined blowing converter as well as the study and improvement on slag splashing practice with the oxidizing slag during the smelting of ultra-low carbon and ultra-low phosphrous steel. The technical reserve for producing other ultra-low carbon and ultra-low phosphrous steel grades as well as the splashing practice of high-oxidability slag due to the rise of phosphrous in the molten steel was initiated in order to optimize the production rhythm of the converter.
