南钢销售电子商务平台的建设

摘要 随着互联网的快速发展,各行业电子商务系统趋于成熟和完善,南钢原有销售电子商务系统门户网站及功能界面不符合当前的主流,用户体验较差,系统UI急需改进。改造后的销售电子商务平台以客户和业务为导向,满足客户需求,搭建以客户需求,客户订单为主线,为客户提供在线下单、在线合同建立、产品生产流程跟踪、入库发货流程跟踪、质保书在线打印、用户资金使用状况等模块,为用户提供方便快捷的操作。建立统一客户服务型电子商务平台,将企业原来分散的力量和资源整合起来,使客户与企业交流更加便捷,提升客户服务体验,增进客户关系。 With the rapid growth of internet,E-commerce systems of all walks of life become increasingly proven and perfect. The website and user interface of the existing e-commerce sales platform in NISCO is behind the times with poor user experience,so the user interface is badly in need of upgrading. The upgraded e-commerce sales platform is service-oriented,and focuses on customers’ needs and orders,and provides the customers with the modules such as on-line ordering,on-line contract generating,production process tracking,storage and delivery process tracking,on-line warranty printing and customers’ fund status,which facilities customers’ operation. The unified and service-oriented ecommerce platform is set up in order to integrate the scattered enterprise resources,which not only facilities the communication between the enterprise and customers,but also enhances customer service and promotes customer relations.
