Discussion on the Progress Control of Building Intellectualization Projects——Taking a Government Office Building as an Example

随着现代科学技术的发展和应用,开展智能化建设成为现代建筑发展的趋势。论文以某政府办公楼智能化建设项目为例,对施工进度管理中存在的问题展开具体分析并提出在智能工程建造中,要编制好项目进度计划,明确各子系统人员职责,完善计划进度管理体系的解决方法。

With the development and application of modem science and technology,developing intellectualization construction has become the trend of modern architecture development.This paper takes an intellectualization construction project of a government office building as an example to analyze the problems existing in the construction schedule management and proposes the solution that in the construction of intelligent engineering,it is necessary to compile the project schedule plan,define the responsibilities of each subsystem personnel,and improve the schedule management system.
