基于BIM的智慧建筑运维实现方式及价值研究

Research on the Realization Mode and Value of Intelligent Building Operation and Maintenance Based on BIM

通过对国内BIM运维现状的研究,分析了当前BIM运维常见的三种实现方式,即基于常规运维软件开发、基于BIM软件二次开发和自主开发,分别提出其实现路径和优缺点,最后简要阐述了BIM运维平台的功能,指出了BIM运维的价值。

By studying the status of domestic BIM operational dimension,this paper analyzes the three common implementation methods of BIM operational dimension,namely,based on conventional operational dimension software development,BIM software secondary development and independent development,and puts forward its implementation path and advantages and disadvantages respectively. Finally,this paper briefly expounds the functions of BIM operation and maintenance platform,and points out the value of BIM operation and maintenance.
