BIM技术在江湾广场项目绿色施工中的应用

Application of BIM Technology in Green Construction of Jiangwan Plaza Project

以三建·天易江湾项目为例,探索BIM技术在绿色施工过程中的应用。根据项目实际,采用BIM技术实现了施工场地三维布置、BIM+VR虚拟样板交底、管线综合、碰撞检查、钢筋下料指导、方案可视化及二维码应用等,较好地达到了施工过程"四节一环保"的预期目的。

Taking Sanjian Tianyi Jiangwan project as an example,the application of BIM technology in green construction process is explored.According to the actual project,the three-dimensional layout of construction site,BIM+VR virtual prototype bottoming,pipeline synthesis,collision inspection,steel bar cutting guidance,scheme visualization and two-dimensional code application are realized by using BIM technology,and the expected purpose of"four sections and one environmental protection"in the construction process is achieved.
