根据目前国内新城暴露出的诸多问题,以苏州市工业园区月亮湾商业区的建设为例,探讨规划与实施中存在的差距,总结规划实施中的刚性与弹性指标,从弹性指标入手,以新城市主义探讨新城建设的激活策略。

Based on the problems of the new town in China, this paper takes the construction of yueliang bay commercial district in Suzhou industrial park as an example, discusses the gap between planning and implementation, summarizes the rigid and elastic indexes in the implementation of the planning, and discusses the activation strategy of new town construction with new urbanism starting from the elastic index.
