非对称涡轮机流道相对位置对性能影响的研究

摘要 为比较大小流道相对位置不同的2种非对称双流道涡轮机的性能,对2种结构涡轮机的内部流场开展了数值模拟研究,结果表明:与大流道位于叶顶一侧的涡轮机相比,大流道位于叶根一侧的涡轮机的通流能力低,但非对称度相当;大流道位于叶根一侧的涡轮机叶轮进口气流角分布较为不均匀,叶轮内部流动较为紊乱,叶顶间隙泄漏量大,泄漏损失高,叶片载荷小,等熵效率低。 To compare the performance of two kinds of asymmetric ports turbines with different relative positions of large and small ports,their internal flow field was studied by numerical simulation.The results showed that:compared to turbine with large port on one side of shroud,the flow capacity of the turbine with large port on one side of hub was littler,however,the value of asymmetry was almost;the flow angle of turbine impeller inlet with large flow port on the side of hub was more nonuniform,the internal flow of the impeller was more turbulent,the leakage of tip clearance and leakage loss were larger,the blade load was smaller,and isentropic efficiency was lower.
