摘要
研究了作用在共轨喷油器平面阀、球阀、平衡阀等电磁控制阀上的静态液压力,特别是工作一段时间,阀的线密封磨损以后的静态液压力,建立了计算模型,用来计算和确定每种阀能承受的最高燃油喷射压力。通过计算,选择合理的控制阀结构参数,以便承受较高喷射压力。
This paper aims to investigate on the static hydraulic force charateristics acting on flat seat valve,boll valve and pressurebalanced valve of solenoid control valve for common rail injector,especially those valves had worked for a long time,and the sealing lines had been worn.A model was built to calculate and determine the maximum injection pressure that each control valve can be endured.After calculation more reasonable parameters of control valve can be selected so as to endure higher injection pressure.
