利用GT-POWER研究进气温度升高对增压汽油机性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文利用一维热力学软件GT-power进行仿真模拟,计算分析了不同进气温度对于整车匹配的增压汽油机的外特性和进气量的影响,计算分析结果显示,对于5 500 r/min工况点,空滤后温度升高30℃,中冷后温度不变,进气量降低6. 9%,扭矩降低7. 6%,空滤后温度不变,中冷后温度升高30℃,进气量降幅减小,降低1. 9%,扭矩降幅增多,降低8%。 In this paper,a one-dimensional thermodynamic software GT-power is used to simulate and analyze the effects of different inlet temperatures on the external characteristics and air intake of the matched supercharged gasoline engine.The results show that for the working condition of 5500r/min,intake air temperature after filter rising 30℃ ,intake airflow reduced by 6.9%,torque reduced by 7.6%;intake air temperature after intercooler rising 30℃,intake airflow reduced by 1.9%,torque reduced by 8%.
