摘要
目的探讨阴道彩超联合阴道镜在早期宫颈癌病变诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月在我院进行治疗的95例早期宫颈癌病变患者,根据疾病情况分为早期宫颈癌组(50例)和癌前病变组(45例)。对两组患者进行阴道彩超及阴道镜检查,比较不同检查方式的诊断结果以及两组患者的阴道彩超血流现象结果。结果阴道彩超联合阴道镜诊断早期宫颈癌病变的准确率显著高于单一诊断方式(P<0.05)。早期宫颈癌组的阻力指数显著低于癌前病变组,且其收缩期峰值血流速度显著高于癌前病变组(P<0.05)。结论使用阴道彩超和阴道镜联合对早期宫颈癌病变进行诊断,能够有效提高诊断准确率,减少漏诊及误诊情况的发生,为临床提供有效且可靠的信息支持,可以在临床上进行广泛的推广和应用。
Objective To explore the application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with colposcopy in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 95 patients with early cervical cancer treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the early cervical cancer group(50 cases)and the precancerous lesion group(45 cases) according to disease condition. The two groups of patients were examined by vaginal color Doppler ultrasound and colposcopy, and the results of different examination methods, the results of vaginal color Doppler flow in the two groups were compared. Results The accuracy of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with colposcopy in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer was significantly higher than that of single diagnostic method(P<0.05). The resistance index of the early cervical cancer group was significantly lower than that of the precancerous lesions group, and the peak systolic blood flow velocity of the early cervical cancer group was significantly higher than that of the precancerous lesions(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound and colposcopy in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis, reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and provide effective and reliable information support for clinical practice, and can be widely used in clinical practice.
