生物反馈电刺激治疗在促进女性产后盆底功能恢复中的应用价值

Evaluation of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy in promoting postpartum pelvic floor function recovery in women

目的分析生物反馈电刺激治疗在促进女性产后盆底功能恢复中的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年5月～2018年5月收治的76例恶露干净的哺乳期女性作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各38例。对照组采用传统盆底肌肉功能锻炼治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采纳生物反馈电刺激治疗。比较两组的临床指标、肌力改善情况、性生活质量。结果观察组的尿道膀胱连接部移动度(UVJ-M)、膀胱尿道后角角度(PUVA-S、PUVA-R)、膀胱颈下降度(BND)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肌力改善总有效率高于对照组以及性生活质量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激可有效改善女性产后盆底功能,提升性生活质量,安全可行,效果显著,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To analyze the value of biofeedback electrostimulation in the promotion of postpartum pelvic floor function recovery in women. Methods A total of 76 cases of lactating and lactating women who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group(38 cases) and control group(38 cases). The control group was used traditional pelvic floor muscle function exercise treatment, the observation group on the basis of the control group was adopted biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment. The clinical indicators, muscle strength improvement and sexual life quality of the two groups were compared. Results The mobility of urethrovesical junction(UVJ-M), posterior angle of bladder and urethra(PUVA-S, PUVA-R) and bladder neck descending degree(BND) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than those of the control group, and sexual life quality was higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation can effectively improve postpartum pelvic floor function in women and improve sexual life quality. It is safe, feasible and effective. It is worth learning from.
