西瓜霜和造口粉治疗造口周围皮肤相关性皮炎的效果

Effect of Mirabilitum Praeparatum and Ostomy Powder in treatment of skin-associated dermatitis around ostomy

目的探究造口周围相关性皮炎临床分别使用西瓜霜、造口粉治疗的可行性、有效性。方法选取2015年6月～2017年6月我院收治的26例失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)患者作为本次研究对象,根据临床用药不同将其分为两组,所有患者治疗期间均给予常规皮肤护理,其中对照组的15例患者使用造口粉治疗,观察组的11例患者采用西瓜霜治疗。比较两组患者的皮炎治疗效果;比较两组患者治疗前后各级皮炎的发生率;比较两组患者的皮炎治愈时间。结果观察组患者的治愈率为81.8%,对照组为60.0%,观察组患者的皮炎治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的1级皮炎发生率高于对照组,2、3级皮炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的皮炎治愈时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对造口周围皮肤相关性皮炎治疗时使用西瓜霜,皮炎治愈用时短,皮炎改善程度好。

Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of Mirabilitum Praeparatum and Ostomy Powder in the treatment of skin-associated dermatitis around ostomy. Methods Altogether 26 patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD) admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects of this research and divided into two groups according to different clinical medication. All the patients were given routine skin care during treatment, including 15 patients in the control group were treated with Ostomy Powder and 11 patients in the observation group were treated with Mirabilitum Praeparatum. The therapeutic effect of dermatitis was compared between the two groups. The incidence of dermatitis at all levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The cure time of dermatitis was compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate of patients in the observation group was 81.8%, and that in the control group was 60.0%. The cure rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the incidence of grade 1 dermatitis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the incidence of grade 2 and 3 dermatitis were lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The treatment time of dermatitis in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Mirabilitum Praeparatum is used in the treatment of skin-associated dermatitis around ostomy clinically, which shortens the healing time of dermatitis and improves the degree of dermatitis.
