两种不同活血化瘀中药注射液对急性脑梗死的疗效及成本-效果分析

Effect and cost-effect analysis of two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injection for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨丹红注射液和疏血通注射液两种活血化瘀中药注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果及成本-效果。方法选取2016年1月～2018年1月我院收治的68例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为丹红组和疏血通组,每组各34例。分别采用丹红注射液和疏血通注射液治疗,观察比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应发生情况,并进行药物经济学成本-效果分析。结果疏血通组患者治疗急性脑梗死的总有效率为91.18%,高于丹红组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疏血通组患者治疗急性脑梗死的成本-效果为18.56%,低于丹红组的32.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论应用疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果好,成本-效果更优,且安全性良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect and cost-effect of Danhong Injection and Shuxuetong Injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018, 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into Danhong group and Shuxuetong group, with 34 cases in each group. The patients in the Danhong group and Shuxuetong group were treated with Danhong Injection and Shuxuetong Injection respectively. The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared, and the cost-effect analysis of pharmacoeconomics were carried out. Results The total effective rate of Shuxuetong group in treating acute cerebral infarction was 91.18%, which was higher than that of Danhong group of 79.41%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The cost-effectiveness of Shuxuetong group in treating acute cerebral infarction was 18.56%, which was less than than that of Danhong group of 32.17%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion The effect of Shuxuetong Injection on acute cerebral infarction is good, cost-effect is better, and the safety is good, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
