早期心理护理与康复护理干预对老年脑梗死患者的影响观察

Observation on the effect of early psychological nursing and rehabilitation nursing intervention on elderly patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨早期心理护理与康复护理干预对老年脑梗死患者的影响。方法选取2017年1月～2018年3月我院神经内科收治的96例老年脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院时间的不同分为对照组和早期组,每组各48例。对照组患者行常规护理,早期组患者行早期护理干预。护理1个月后,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对患者的焦虑、抑郁情况进行评分和比较;比较两组患者的护理依从性评分、日常生活能力评分和运动功能评分。结果早期组患者锻炼依从性评分和饮食依从性评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);早期组患者HAMA评分和HAMD评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);早期组患者的日常生活能力和运动功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑梗死患者采取早期心理护理与康复护理结合的护理模式,能缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁心理,提高患者的锻炼和饮食依从性,促进日常生活能力和运动功能的恢复,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of early psychological nursing and rehabilitation nursing intervention on elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with cerebral infarction Admitted to our department of Neurology From January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects, the patients were divided into control group and early group according to the time of admission, with 48 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, while those in the early group received early nursing intervention. After one month of nursing, the patients were scored and compared by Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD). The scores of nursing compliance, activities of daily living and motor function of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of exercise compliance and dietary compliance in the early stage group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The HAMA score and HAMD score of the early group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of daily living ability and motor function in the early stage group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Early psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction can alleviate patients’ anxiety and depression, improve patients’ exercise and dietary compliance, and promote the recovery of daily living ability and motor function, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
