心理干预在消化道出血患者中的应用效果

Effect of psychological intervention on patients with gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探讨心理干预在消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年4月我院收治的60例消化道出血患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加入心理干预。比较两组治疗依从性;采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较两组护理后前后的心理状况评分;采用成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)比较两组自我管理能力评分。结果护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,治疗依从性和自我管理评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预在消化道出血患者中的应用效果显著,能缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性和自我管理能力,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Sixty patients with digestive tract hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing methods, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group was given psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Treatment compliance was compared between the two groups. Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were used to compare the psychological status scores of the two groups before and after nursing. Adult health self-management ability scale(AHSMSRS)was used. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the treatment compliance and self-management scores were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention in patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage has a significant effect. It can alleviate anxiety and depression of patients, improve the treatment compliance and self-management ability of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
