站立式大断面异形盾构管片原型加载试验框架及拼装方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对原型管片结构试验中站立式管片拼装方法难度高的问题,提出一种适用于异形盾构管片结构试验的加载框架设计方案,并介绍异形盾构管片加载试验框架和管片拼装方法。结合试验数据,给出自重状态和设计状态下异形管片结构力学和形变特征,确定管片结构自重对其内力和形变的重要影响,证明异形盾构管片站立式试验方法的科学性。 Since the existence of the difficulty in the standing assembling method for the prototype loading tests on the segmental structure, a design scheme of the loading frame for the special-shaped segments was proposed, and the assembling process of the loading frame and the segments was illustrated in detail. Then, the mechanical and deformation characteristics of the special-shaped shield lining under the dead weight state and designed state were given according to the test data, which determined the significant influence of the self-weight and verified the scientificalness of the standing test method.
