某核电SC结构连接区域逆作法施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 为解决SC结构连接区域钢结构模块与下部RC结构难以有效连接问题,某核电SC结构连接区域模块采用逆作施工工艺,通过改变SC结构与RC结构连接形式,充分利用钢结构与混凝土结构的性能特点,先施工上部连接区域钢结构模块,后施工下部RC结构普通混凝土和SC结构自密实混凝土。通过研究和试验表明这一施工工艺可行,同时解决SC结构连接区域模块安装困难和2种不同规格混凝土间施工缝无法处理问题。 In order to solve the problem that the steel structure module and the lower RC structure of the SC structure connection area are difficult to be connected effectively,a nuclear power SC structure connection area module adopts the reverse construction technology to change the performance of the SC structure and the RC structure,which makes full use of the features of the steel structure and the concrete structure performance,the first is construction of the upper part of the connection area and then the steel structure construction of the lower RC structure of ordinary concrete and SC structure of self-compacting concrete.The research and experiment show the feasibility of the construction process,which solves the problem of module installation difficulty in the connection area of the SC structure and construction joints treatment between two different specifications of concrete.
