摘要
沈阳新世界中心裙楼东区6层大跨度预应力梁,截面为2m×4m(加腋Y4.8m×1m)(24跨)和1.5m×3m(6跨),共30跨,每跨36m。其余非预应力梁截面为1.2m×2m,0.5m×1.8m,1m×1.8m,0.5m×2m。非预应力梁网格间距为4.5m×4.5m。混凝土浇筑量大、体积大,尤其是在冬期施工,如何控制施工质量尤为重要。就超大截面预应力梁大体积混凝土如何做好冬期低温浇筑质量控制的要点进行分析,主要从混凝土原材料配合比、施工安排及测温养护等方面控制大体积混凝土裂缝,保证大体积预应力混凝土的浇筑质量。
The long span prestressed beams on the six story of the east area of Shenyang New World Center are 2m×4m (plus axillary Y4.8m×1m)(24 span)and 1.5m×3m (6 span),with a total of 30 spans,each span is 36m.The other non-prestressed beams'sections are 1.2m×2m,0.5m×1.8m, 1m×1.8m,and 0.5m×2m.The grid spacing of non-prestressed beams is 4.5m×4.5m.Concrete pouring volume is large,especially in winter,how to control the quality of.construction is particularly important.In this paper,the main points of how to control the mass concrete of super large section prestressed concrete beam in winter are analyzed,mainly from the concrete raw material ratio, construction arrangement,maintenance and temperature measurement to control the cracks of the mass concrete,so as to ensure the pouring quality of the mass prestressed concrete.
