摘要
沈阳新世界中心项目作为港资在沈阳的地标建筑,一直倡导绿色环保理念。地下室底板面积达10万余m^2,在底板上应用"卵石疏水层+疏水管道"排水系统,将渗入地下室的水通过外墙内侧的排水沟及底板顶的卵石疏水层空间内的疏水管道导入集水井。根据集水井内水位高低,控制系统智能启动相应数量的泵将水泵走并用于厕所冲洗、园林浇灌等。此施工技术取代传统设计防水卷材的做法,解决卷材存在的渗漏水隐患问题,绿色环保、效果显著。
As a Hong Kong-owned landmark in Shenyang, the concept of environmental protection is advocated for Shenyang New World Center project. With the application of "gravel hydrophobic layer + hydrophobic pipe"hydrophobic system on the basement floor whose area extends about 100 000 square meters, the water flows into the well on the basement through the drain pipe in the gravel hydrophobic layer space and the floor drain inside the outer wall. According to the level of water level in the catchment, the intelligent control system starts the corresponding number of pumps to pump the water and using it for toilet flushing,garden irrigation and so on. This construction technique solves the water leakage problem, and produces the green environmental protection effect.
