摘要
在某高层住宅小区工程施工过程中,对涉及后浇带、防水、屋面、外墙等易发生影响使用功能和存在质量问题的关键点进行科技创新,在满足要求的前提下提高整体建筑观感质量。就其中的关键技术及创新做法进行详细阐述。
In the construction process of a high-rise residential district project,scientific and technological innovation is carried out on the key points which easily affect the using function and quality problems, such as post-pouring belt,waterproofing,roof and external wall,so as to improve the overall architectural aesthetic quality on the premise of meeting the requirements.The key technologies and innovative methods are elaborated in detail.
