摘要
本文提出了一个"企业-市场二重性"的分析框架。利用这一框架,本文对"一家独大"的市场结构,以及平台的掠夺性定价、价格歧视、搭售、排他性协议等行为进行了分析。在此基础上,本文还从"二重性"角度出发,对相关市场界定、市场支配地位的判别等实际问题进行了一些探讨。
In this paper, we proposed an analytical framework of platform’s firm-market duality. Using this framework, we examed many probloms in platform antitrust, such as "winner-take-all" market structure, predatory pricing, price discrimination, bundling, and exclusive contract. On this basis, we also discussed many practical issues such as identification of the relevant market definition and the market dominance.
