The Systematic Initiation of CPC's Scientific and Technological Undertaking:Scientific and Technological Undertaking in Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base Area

中国共产党领导下的科技事业创建于何时?判定的主要依据是什么?关于这两个问题,目前学界的研究没有明确答案。事实上,为破除井冈山武装割据的各种困境,井冈山革命根据地的党和红军采取了包括科技在内的许多办法和系列举措加以应对。从首创和系统性两个角度看,井冈山时期在科技思想和政策、科研机构、科技应用、科研成果、科技队伍、科技教育、科技传播等方面的诸多举措和成绩,标志着中国共产党领导下科技事业的系统初创。

When was science and technology undertaking established under the leadership of the Communist Party of China? What were the judging criteria? There is still no definite answer about the two questions in the current academic circles. In fact,in order to break the plight of armed separatist regime in Jinggangshan,the Party and the Red Army in the Jinggangshan Revolutionary base area have adopted series of measures including science and technology method. From the angles of initiative and systematization,in the period of Jinggangshan,many measures and achievements in scientific and technological thought and policy,scientific research institutions,scientific and technological application,achievements,contingents,education,and dissemination,have marked the systematic initiation of scientific and technological undertaking under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.
