合康变频大功率水冷变频器在红阳热电大规模应用

摘要 在全国发电量中,其中电动机的用电量约占60%~70%,全国电力年耗电量中风机、水泵等设备约占1/3,在国家大力提倡节能降耗的政策下,在热电厂供热发电机组的燃烧系统中应用高压变频器节能降耗是必然选择。本文详细介绍了高压变频器在红阳热电厂2~*330MW供热发电机组的一次、二次风机与凝结水泵的节能改造的应用,通过风机、水泵变频调速改造达到节能的目的。 In the national power generation,the electricity consumption of electric motors account for about 60% to 70% of the total electricity consumption,and fans,pumps and other equipment account for about 1/3 of the annual electricity consumption.Under the policy of vigorously advocating energy saving and consumption reduction,it is an inevitable choice to apply VFD to realize the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction in the combustion system of thermal power plants.This article introduces in detail the application of VFD in the energy-saving transformation of primary and secondary fans and condensate pumps of 2*330MW heat supply generator set of Hongyang Thermal power plant.By regulation transformation of the frequency speed of fans and pumps,to achieves the energy conservation goal.
