乡村教师离职意向影响因素实证研究——基于重庆市2505名乡村教师调查数据的分析 被引量:57

Empirical Study of Influence Factors on the Turnover Intention of Rural Teachers——Based on a Survey of 2505 Rural Teachers in Chongqing

摘要 降低乡村教师离职意向强度是稳定乡村教师队伍和全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的必要条件。基于重庆市2505名乡村教师调查数据,本文利用独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析、多元线性回归分析等方法,实证研究了重庆市乡村教师离职意向影响因素及其强度。研究发现,乡村教师离职意向整体较低但仍需高度重视,对乡村教师离职意向强度影响最大的因素是生活满意度,其次是职业认同感和学历,再次是专业发展、工作负担和收入。因此,稳定乡村教师队伍的关键是改善生活条件和经济待遇,提高思想政治素质,提升专业素质,以及减轻工作负担。 Reducing the intensity of turnover intention of rural teachers is a necessary condition for stabilizing rural teachers and comprehensively deepening the reform of the construction of rural teachers in the new era.Based on the survey data of 2505 rural teachers in Chongqing,this paper use independent sample T test,single-factor variance analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and other methods to empirically study the influencing factors and intensity of turnover intention of rural teachers in Chongqing.The study found that the overall turnover intention of rural teachers is relatively low,but it still needs to be highly valued.The most influential factor of the turnover intention intensity of rural teachers is life satisfaction, followed by professional identity and educational background,followed by professional development,work burden and income.Therefore,the key to stabilizing rural teachers is to improve their living conditions and economic benefits,improve their ideological and political quality,enhance their professional quality and reduce their work burden.
