摘要
基于调查数据,检验了乡村教师支持政策对其积极性的因果效应,并从地域来源属性、学科属性等异质性置于多城镇化视角下对上述效应加以分析,利用倾向值匹配法控制了选择性偏误后,研究结果发现:短期内直接经济杠杆助高了教师乡村任教的积极性,强度达8. 5%至47. 2%不等,但职称倾斜、荣誉奖励等间接经济杠杆并未通过显著性检验;长期内直接经济杠杆吸引力有限,职称倾斜、培训机会等间接经济杠杆的因果效应显著,乡村教师一定程度上存在着退出机制的自我构建行为。从异质性看,长期内在统计意义上仅对学科类、思品类和来自县镇与小城市的乡村教师成立,凸显出了政策的有效作用对象收窄。这些为后续配套政策优化与目标指向性的定位提供了决策依据。
The paper studied on the incentive effect of the policies on rural,teachers in the process of urbanization.The re- sults showed that,in the short term direct economic policies enhanced the enthusiasm of rural teachers arranging from 8.5% to 47.2%,while the indirect economic policies did not work.In the long term,the direct economic policies did not work, while indirect economic policies obviously enhanced the attractiveness.For the teachers'heterogeneity,the economic policies only affected on those from the county town and small city.These results provide a good view for the following policy designing.
