中国幼儿园教师教育质量实证调查研究——基于师范生的视角 被引量:3

Empirical Survey on Chinese Preschool Teacher Education Quality:A Teacher Candidate Perspective

摘要 幼儿园教师队伍质量从源头上取决于幼儿园教师教育质量,而开展全国性实证调查研究是提升幼儿园教师教育质量的关键途径。通过对全国15所幼儿园教师教育机构的师资与教学质量开展实证调查研究,结果发现:院校间需要缩小不同幼儿园教师教育机构的质量差异,幼儿园教师教育机构内部需要关注学生的个体需求差异和学习体验。研究结果有助于为国家宏观调控幼儿园教师教育质量和高等院校幼儿园教师教育质量提升提供决策证据和启示。 The quality of preschool teachers depends on the quality of preschool teacher education,and a national empirical survey on the quality of preschool teacher education is of great importance to the improvement of teacher education quality. Based on an original national survey of prospective teacher candidates,we provide quantitative evidence on the current situation of preschool teacher education in China.We find substantial heterogeneity in program quality at different teacher education institutions and large differences in individual learning experience.We interpret our findings in the context of on-going Chinese education reforms,and provide relevant policy recommendations.
