The theory of economic crime conviction is one of the important aspects of the basic theory of Chinese economic criminal law.Systematic constructing the economic crime conviction theory is not only an urgent need to improve the economic criminal law basic theory,but also a theoretical guide to the judicial fairness and justice in the realization of economic crime cases in judicial practice. Therefore,the theory has become the most important theoretical issue to be explored.The theory of economic crime conviction,its realistic basis is the macroscopic needs of China's social economic development,the policy basis is the function parameter of economic criminal policy;the theoretical basis is guiding role of the inherent requirement of criminal conviction concept;the functional basis is the function of the modern economic criminal law.
