摘要
侦查讯问是一种特殊的谈判活动。在谈判策略理论指导下,侦查讯问工作中以利益诉求为中心,通过构建良好的谈判环境,采用不同的手段方法,加强讯问的设计和组织,影响犯罪嫌疑人心理,激发其合作欲望,从而取得讯问成功。
Investigative interrogation is a special negotiation activity.Under the guidance of the negotiation strategy theory,the investigative interrogation work centered on interest appeals,constructing of a good negotiation environment,and using different methods to strengthen the design and organization of interrogation,affecting the suspects'.psychology,inspiring their desire for cooperation, thereby achieving interrogation succeeded.
