摘要
搪瓷制品被广泛地用作饮食器具和厨房用具,但可能含有铅、镉、锑等重金属元素,存在一定的安全风险。本研究结合食品接触用搪瓷制品生产工艺,及欧盟、美国、法国和中国等国家和地区的法规、指令、标准,重点分析了来源于原料、生产工艺、合规性评价等方面存在的卫生安全风险,简要分析了纳米材料应用带来的潜在风险。本研究可为食品接触用搪瓷制品卫生安全标准制修订及质量安全风险监测工作提供参考。
Enamel products are widely used as eating utensils and kitchen utensils,but may contain heavy metals such as lead,cadmium and antimony,which pose certain safety risks.Based on the production process of enamel products for food contact and the regulations,instructions and standards of the European Union,the United States, France and China and other countries and regions,In this paper,the health and safety risks from raw materials, production process and compliance evaluation were selective analyzed,and the potential risks from the application of nanomaterials were briefly analyzed.This study can provide references for the revision of hygienic safety standards and quality safety risk monitoring of enamel products for food contact.
