党章作为党的根本大法,是全党必须遵循的总章程和总规矩,为全面从严治党提供了总依据和总遵循。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调学习贯彻党章的重要性,强调认真学习党章、严格遵守党章、增强党性修养在全面从严治党中的重要作用。当前,贯彻落实党的十九大精神必须与学习贯彻党章紧密结合起来,强化党章的地位作用,把握党章的内容体系,提高党章的落实效果,推动全面从严治党向纵深发展,不断开创全面从严治党新局面。

The CCP constitution,as the fundamental law of the party,represents the general statute and rules that the whole party must follow,and it provides the criterion for strict discipline with the party in an all-round way.Since the party's 18th National Congress,General Secretary XI Jin-ping has repeatedly stressed the importance of studying and implementing the party constitution in exercising full and strict party governance,emphasizing the significance of self-cultivation for all party members. At present,the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress must be carried out in line with observing the party constitution,so as to create a new atmosphere for full and strict party governance.
