Archives management in the new era must adapt to the new situation,new tasks and new requirements by focusing on such factors as actual combat,energetic innovation,systematic construction,intensive management and military-civilian integration.All this work is to start with file collection,authentication and utilization.On this basis the work can be conducted and promoted according to law,the procedures be carried out in a regular and standard way,and optimization of a competent talent team be formed with a improved work style of quality and efficiency,which will result in a new situation in military archives management.
