摘要
部分长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在肺癌发生、发展中异常表达,并直接参与调控肿瘤细胞对顺铂耐药。对国内外非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)顺铂耐药相关lncRNA的研究进展进行综述,可能为治疗及逆转NSCLC顺铂耐药提供新的思路及突破口。
Some long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA)aberrantly expressed in lung cancer,it also participated in modulating cancer cells resistant to cisplatin.The summarized progress of lncRNA which associated with cisplatin resistance in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)may provide with new strategies to treat and reverse cisplatin resistance in patients with NSCLC.
