江苏省成年居民抑郁症患病情况及其影响因素分析

Prevalence of depression in adult residents and its influence factors in Jiangsu province

目的:了解江苏省成年居民抑郁症患病情况及其影响因素,为预防抑郁症的发生提供证据支持。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,对江苏省14个区县8 291例18岁及以上常住居民采用标准化工具进行面对面调查,了解常住居民基本情况,并采用PHQ-9量表筛查抑郁症的发生情况,多因素Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果:调查对象的抑郁症检出率为6. 20%,男性为5. 05%,女性为7. 24%,女性抑郁症检出率显著高于男性(P <0. 05)。多因素分析结果显示,居住区域为农村、教育水平、婚姻状况、糖尿病、血脂异常、恶性肿瘤可能是江苏省成年居民抑郁症发生的危险因素,OR值(95%CI)分别是1. 234(1. 006~1. 515)、1. 487(1. 002~2. 207)、1. 384(1. 079~1. 775)、1. 798(1. 211~2. 670)、1. 598 (1. 166~2. 190)、4. 173(2. 082~8. 365)。睡眠质量好以及与家人关系良好是江苏省成年居民抑郁症发生的保护因素,OR值分别是0. 23 (0. 18~0. 30)、0. 08(0. 03~0. 18)。结论:江苏省成年居民抑郁水平较高,性别、居住地、婚姻状况以及有关慢性病患病情况等是其重要的影响因素。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of depression and its influencing factors among adultresidents in Jiangsu province; and to provide evidence for prevention of depression.Methods:Multistage stratifiedcluster random sampling was used to selected participants,8 291 residents,aged 18 years or older,were recruitedfrom 14 districts /counties in Jiangsu province.Each participant was face to face investigated using standard protocolmethod.PHQ-9 scale was used to investigate the prevalence of depression.Multivariate logistic regression wasperformed to analysis the influence factors of the depression.Results:The prevalence of depression was 6.20% inJiangsu province; 5.05% in male and 7.24% in female; there was a significant difference between male andfemale (P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression showed that living in the countryside (OR =1.234,95%CI:1.006 - 1.515),education level (OR = 1.487,95%CI:1.002 - 2.207),marital status (OR =1.384,95%CI:1.079 - 1.775),diabetes (OR = 1.798,95%CI:1.211 - 2.670),dyslipidemia (OR = 1.598,95%CI:1.166 - 2.190),and malignant tumor (OR = 4.173,95%CI:2.082 - 8.365)might be the risk factorsof depression; good sleep quality (OR = 0.231,95% CI:0.180 - 0.297 )and good relationship with familymembers (OR = 0.077,95% CI:0.032 - 0.183)were the protective factors.Conclusion:Adults in Jiangsuprovince have a high level of depression.Gender,residence area,marital status,chronic diseases and so on areimportant influencing factors for depression.
